These 4 variables all affect each other to a certain percentage and are all at equilibrium with each other. In order for everything to be optimal, one or many need to be offset from your life or the people around you to bring correct balance. This needs to be done to improve your overall health which tacitly makes you more productive, resulting in a better life.

Important Note: As you heal the stability of your conscious area goes up and can make you a target for those that have a weak or unstable conscious area because of this it is important to protect your area and avoid anything that is going to bring the stability down. Anyone that knows your insecurities or weakness can be used to weaken your conscious area through abuse. Avoid communication with someone that knows your weakness until you have healed from your trauma wounds and the insecurity is now gone.
